PART A

A day and a night with Sleep Sanity

Naps, awake stretches and the overnight all live in the same day, so the picture stays whole.

Daytime

  1. 1

    Naps

Start the timer when your baby goes down, finish it when they wake. The timer counts up so you are not doing the math.

  2. 2

    Awake stretches

Each nap closes an awake stretch, and the day view lays them out in order so you can see how long your baby has been up.

  3. 3

    Nap reminders

Up to three a day, set to your schedule, so the next window does not slip past you.

Overnight

  1. 1

    Put down

Tap when your baby goes in the crib.

  2. 2

    Asleep

Tap when they drift off; the app records how long settling took.

  3. 3

    Night wakes

One tap per wake, one tap per feed.

  4. 4

    Wake up for the day

The night closes and today’s ticket appears, with naps, feeds and totals on the same card.

PART B

The sleep plan, honestly

What it is

A structured, age-based plan with timed check-ins (graduated check-ins, the Ferber approach). A consistent bedtime routine, put down awake, brief check-ins at increasing intervals.

What it isn't

Not a promise, not for every family, and not a substitute for your pediatrician.

When to start

Most families start between 4 and 6 months, once their pediatrician is comfortable with it. The plan adapts by age band.

What to expect

The first few nights are the hardest. The app shows you the trend, so you can see progress you can't feel yet.

Sleep Sanity is informational, not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician before starting any sleep-training approach.

Safe sleep first

Back to sleep, every sleep.

A firm, flat surface.

Nothing in the crib.

Their own sleep space.
